Dear Dr. Jonhson:

We are submitting our manuspcrit entitled "Pharkamcokinetics of imipenem in patients recieving high-volume hemofiltration" for publication consideration in Tangamandapio Journal.
This study describes how high-volume hemofiltration is affecting plasma concentrations of imipenem, indicating that critically ill patients need special dosage adjustment to ensure effectiveness of antibiotic therapy. We propose a mathematical model to administrate the correctly dose of imipenem when patients recieve this type of hemofiltration.
